This class explores higher level thinking by developing an understanding for algebraic concepts with a biblical worldview. Each chapter relates the learning to biblical teachings and real world examples. Some of the topics we will cover include: operations, linear equations, linear relations, quadratic equations, polynomial functions, radicals, complex numbers, inverse functions, and probability & statistics. Each chapter includes clear explanations, several examples, word problems, and special sections to think about Algebra in Scripture and history.

Masters in Education
Krystal graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University (go Rams!) with a Masters in Teaching. She has spent the past six years teaching for both Henrico County and Chesterfield County. Her experience ranges from early childhood education and elementary school, to tutoring high school and college students in Algebra, Geometry, Statistics, and English. She is passionate about supporting students both academically and spiritually, and is excited to have the opportunity to teach the whole child. Krystal has the privilege of doing life with her wonderful husband, Josh, and two beautiful daughters, McKayla (9) and Shayne (5). While she is newer to the homeschooling scene, she is so grateful to be a part of the Bridge Academy community!
