Bible through Critical Thinking
Description: 1 Peter 3:15 instructs us to be ' prepared to make a defense to anyone who asks you for a reason for the hope that is in you'. In this class, the students will start thinking critically about their faith; asking questions and taking ownership for what they believe. This class is created specifically for our older elementary students to not only know more about the Word of God, but to learn to 'make a defense to anyone who asks them for a reason for their hope.'
Required Texts: Bible
Copy/Supply fee: $5 (paid to Amy Price at Orientation or the first class attended)
Tuition fee: $340 ($34.00/month for 10 months - August-May or $39 if prorated or on a 9-month payment plan)

Amy graduated from Longwood University with a Bachelor's of Art Degree in Elementary Education. She has taught on multiple levels, in various states, and in the public and private school settings. God laid the desire to homeschool on her heart and confirmed it many times over. She enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, traveling, and reading. Her heart is to make room to experience the presence of God not only personally, but corporately as well. She is thankful for the opportunity to share in His goodness at the Bridge!
