Description: Why is Pittsburgh known for their steak salad, New England for their clam chowder and New York for their bagels? Each state is packed with iconic local flavors that share its history and define its geography. When it comes to state pride, we’d all fight to defend our state’s signature foods. We will prepare and discuss a round-up of some of the most renowned and well-known foods from every state.
