Mental Mastery
Struggling with time management and organization? How about problem solving and critical thinking? What about emotional regulation? How well can you self-evaluate and think critically? In this class designed for high schoolers, come learn about the brain, its functions and how it works, and executive functioning skills (those things listed at the beginning and more). Determine where you have strengths and which areas need some focus. We will learn how to improve areas that need support through fun and engaging games and activities that you will actually WANT to do!
