Drama (5th-8th)

This is a performance class that focuses on building confidence and helping students become comfortable on the stage. Students will learn all basic theater terminology. They will develop stage presence and the ability to project their voice. Students will be expected to memorize lines for performance according to their ability. This class will require attendance at two to three concurrent performances in May (Dates and Times TBA.) Students will learn how they can use their talent for drama and performing arts to glorify Christ. Supply fees will be used to purchase performance materials, and assist with props, sets, and costumes. However, parents may be asked to provide basic costume pieces for their child. When extra rehearsals are required, plenty of notice will be given. (2026-2027)
