Flexitate, is the ultimate in calm. This class was designed to help soothe the body and mind by improving flexibility, core strength, and deep breathing all while using God’s word to encourage and draw strength from Him. Disciplines used include but not limited to include Pilates, BalleCore, and a variety of low-impact muscle lengthening exercises. We will use mats, chairs, towels, and other tools to help deepen holds as well as add variety to classes. Below you will find the class order sequence so you have a better idea of the flow of the class. As the year progress, the order may change.

* Deep breathing exercise (reading of scripture may occur during this time)
* Body flow/Advanced stretching/Core work (reading of scripture may occur during this time)
Students will have the option of completing a weekly log that will include that week's scripture as well as a reflective element.
Copy Fee: $20 (written to Tasha West due at Orientation or at the first class)
Tuition Fee: $350.00 ($35.00/month for 10 months, August - May OR $40.00/month if prorated or on a 9-month payment plan)
