History through Literature 4
Description: In History Through Literature 4, students will begin a study of ancient world history and will be introduced to map skills and geography concepts. This class covers ancient times from the earliest civilizations to the Fall of Rome, including the Egyptians, the Babylonians, Ancient China, Ancient Africa, Bible times, the Greeks, and much more. Susan Wise Bauer’s engaging narrative, The Story of the World, is designed as a read-aloud for parents and students to enjoy together. Students will read weekly selections at home with parents and complete assignments from the student activity guide and test booklets to prepare for class discussions, activities, and presentations.

Copy/Supply Fee: $30 (check written to Ashley Knickerbocker due at Orientation or at the first class attended)
