Bible: Book by Book (6th-7th)
In our Bible Survey class, students will walk through God’s Word, book by book to better understand the historical time frame and context, as well as dig into outside historical references that scholars have used to confirm the accuracy of the Bible. This is a great foundational class for students to understand not only how God’s Word stands up to secular sources, but also to see Christ being interwoven throughout Scripture. (2026-2027)

Emerald Soldan

Emerald grew up in a small town on the peninsula of Virginia. She attended a Christian school k-12th grade and went on to Christopher Newport University to earn her degrees in English and in Teaching. Her marriage to her husband Chris brought her to Richmond. She is a mom of two who both attend Bridge Academy. She has always had a love of helping others learn and always knew she would be an educator in some capacity. Before becoming a mom, Emerald taught Kindergarten and Second grade at Banner Christian. She has been a homeschool mom for 5 years and thoroughly enjoys the homeschool life.
