P.E. & Games (4th-6th)

Students will learn to build on previously learned skills. Units covered include: jump rope, parachutes, throwing, and more. In addition, students will learn more competitive small-group activities (relay races, scooter games), group cooperative games(caterpillar and the floor is lava) and more advanced fitness (speed ladder). Finding resting and active heart rates will be a new skill learned as well as how to record those scores. We will also spend time learning more about various body systems including the skeletal, muscular, cardiovascular, and nervous.

Copy/Supply fee: $15.00 (check written to Tasha West due at Orientation or at the first class)
Annual tuition: $375.00 ($37.50/month for 10 months, August- May)

B.S. Health & Sports Science
K-12 Health/PE and Driver’s education certified

Tasha was raised in the Sunshine State before moving to Richmond to attend University of Richmond. Tasha has been teaching at Bridge for 3 years and is known for her high energy and engaging teaching environment. In her free time, she enjoys learning “the ways of old” such as gardening, fermentation and pressure canning.

Tasha is grateful for the opportunity to be part of the Bridge Academy family and loves teaching in a Christ-centered environment.
