Math 4
For use by fourth graders who have completed Saxon Math 3 or who are doing well in math, or for average fifth grade math students. Covers review of 4 basic math functions, estimation of 2 and 3 digit computation, decimals, fractions, rudimentary geometry, word problems, etc. Saxon math requires students to think deeply about math and apply math to many situations. Class time will be used for instruction, practice, application of concepts, and timed tests. Daily homework will be assigned.

Copy fee: $20.00 (paid to Camie King at Orientation or at the first class attended)
Annual tuition: $460.00 ($46.00/month for 10 months, August-May, or $52/month if prorated)

ABOUT THE TEACHER
Camie King
B.S. Elementary Education & Psychology
Camie grew up in the Richmond area and attended the College of William and Mary and graduated with a degree in Elementary Education and Psychology. She taught in the public school system for seven years in Henrico County and after marrying her sweetheart, she taught for three years in a private school in Paradise Valley, AZ. After having children, God called her to school her own. She now has a junior at Liberty, a high school senior, and a junior. Her three children, Braden, Ella, and Ethan have all attended Bridge Academy. She is excited to get back to the basics of teaching elementary students again!
