Earth Science
This BJU Press Earth Science course introduces 8th-grade students to the world from the ground up - students will study the foundations of the earth (including itsstructures, land features, earthquakes, and other natural phenomena), as well as the surface of the earth and types of rocks and soils, oceans and bodies of water, the atmosphere, and space science. Each chapter opens with a story that highlights issues and developments in earth science through a biblical worldview. Homework will involve reading, completing review worksheets, taking tests, and occasionally preparing a project to share with the class. Each week we will solidify the material through discussion, activities, and labs. Come learn with us!
