Robotics: Level C

Description: Ready to take your 6th - 8th-grade student's electronics and programming skills to the next level? Would you like to mix a bit of CAD (Computer Aided Design) skills as well? Robotics Level C is the third level in the Introduction to Robotics series. This course is designed to build on the electronics and programming skills learned in Introduction to Robotics: Level A and Level B with Advanced Electronics / Circuit competencies, intermediate and advanced python programming, and an introduction to Computer Aided Design. This class follows Robotics: Level B, and it is a great way to prepare students for high school STEM and Technology classes as well as pointing them toward a career in either electrical, mechanical, and or software engineering. We will learn about basic Computer Aided Design via online CAD offerings such as TinkerCAD and OnShape. Students will get to print their 3D designs via a 3D Printer. (2024-2025)
